1. 👇 There is no end to struggles. Whenever we face struggles we desperately try to shake it off. It bothers us in various degrees. That is instinctive of a life. From struggles we seek escape thinking it will end but then it comes back again. Every stage of life has its own struggles. We cannot escape it anytime. What we can do is negate its impact on us. We can do it by accepting and eventually embracing struggles as a very integral part of life and its journey. And once the impact is less then it won't feel like struggle as such but a chore, a necessity, probably a hurdle to cross for us to grow. Accept struggles to embrace life. 2. 👇 We've been altering reality since the day of our birth, even before tbh. It is just that we've not been aware of it most of the times.As we become more aware of it, we realise that many of the actions that we took were simply reactions. We must always remember that choosing not to react is also an action, perhaps the best one at times. 3. 👇 'What is that you want?' The single most important question of life. Identify that and half the job is done. The clearer the answer of that question, the more you are at peace. People trying to figure out, make it a point to ask yourself this question every single day till you get an answer which satisfies your core, till it doesn't change anymore. Once you've arrived at a fixed answer, ask yourself 'why'. Why that answer? If your answer to your 'why' is just a shrug or a smile then know that you've arrived.
