“We must practice being grateful on a regular basis. We should practice being grateful to everything. By this I mean even the negative things of our lives. Infact to be honest, we should be more grateful to the negative things of our lives. We should be grateful about how we’ve made mistakes in our lives, how we’ve lost several times, how we’ve embarrassed ourselves, how we’ve been insulted before, how we’ve been angry, how we’ve acted foolishly, selfishly, badly and so on. Whatever bad things that we can think of of our lives we should really be grateful for.”
