One of the key particularities of great leaders is their ability to withdraw themselves from taking too many decisions. They’re mindful about this fact because they know, the more decisions they take the more likely their quality drops down. That is why you see that they try to surround themselves with high quality people. People who are able to take and execute high quality decisions themselves. This helps them keep their focus on what they need to focus on.This also requires a great deal of self assurance as it is extremely hard being on top to not interfere in too many things when you know you can.

Voluntary contribution is a great way of self care. It is more than you feeling happy, which is just the tip of the iceberg. It is about the sense of inclusiveness. It gives you a feeling of oneness which cannot be felt otherwise.

The act of breathing right is directly correlated to our temperament. In fact it is much more than that. Breath in a way is our first Guru. Breathing aligns us to the universe. It is the first and last conscious activity that we do in this form. The first activity which initiates the other activities in us, by us. In our day to day life, the right breathing controls our nerves which in turn helps us in maintaining a consistent temperament. A conscious breathing reduces a lot of unwanted thoughts from our minds that add nothing but nuisance value. Both these are two of the key components in terms of our decision making quality. To be more precise, breathing helps us in hell lot of other things than just these things. Owing to a lot of reasons, the quality of our breathing is becoming poorer with time. We must be more conscious of our breathing.
Om Shanti.. 🙏Happy Gurupurnima !!🙇(23.07.2021)
