No achievement is Perfect, Perfection is not achievable..

Nowadays the rat-race has become so intense that it is almost impossible for us to just stop and think to be honest. That’s why this forced break is giving us a chance to do just that.

When I think about the general mindset of the society, it’s all about achievements, disciplined work, focus, determination and so on. People are randomly throwing those words in every aspects of their lives. While that is a prerequisite at this time of human civilization where we are moving materialistically ahead at a pace faster than any other time of history, I’d just like to point out that this speed is also because of instability in our society. Imagine driving a car, while you go faster which you can, you increase the risk factor as well because of instability.

Now let’s see where those randomly thrown words that I mentioned come from. The origin of all those qualities is desire. If there’s no desire then all those qualities won’t come. But where does desire come from? Let’s think about that. Desire comes from imbalance. The imbalance is actually created by consciousness. Infact consciousness itself is the first layer of imbalance in the universe. Everything that we see and think of comes from the imbalance of consciousnesss. And beyond consciousness is Perfection. In that state of being there is no desire. How can you desire anything when you know that you are perfect?

So you see the imbalance of the consciousness is creating an insecurity which let’s you have a desire to achieve something or go get something. So if somebody comes and says he or she doesn’t have a goal in life, it can be that he or she can be a very self-assured human being. Instead of belittling that person, you need to ask that person the reason for not having a goal. But most of us will belittle that person thinking it is a must to have a goal. Unfortunately, society has blinded us into thinking just that with the current system in place.

I hope that we find a better system than this current one even though I know that no system will ever be perfect. It is because true Perfection is not achievable. It is beyond achievements. Infact any achievement or the sense of that is actually a degraded form of It. But at the same time, because Perfection is not achievable betterment is always achievable. We can always be better in every sense.

Om Shanti….?
