You are creating everything, all the time. There is never a time when you are not. The difference lies in how much you are conscious of this phenomenon. A still mind enables you track more of this than normal. To start consciously creating is to begin the journey of your purpose.

Our ego is designed to take care of individual interest. It is a mechanism of self interest. Let’s say, when someone tries to attack you, it is the ego which instructs your mind to react as it feels threatened. Thus one act of selflessness is the highest form of rebellion that we can show for. It is like trying to break the law of nature. And that is exactly why it feels so satisfying for an individual post any act of selflessness. We feel our higher Self by that.
