Consistency is required to build anything of significance. Consistency is maintained with the help of discipline. How and when do you remain disciplined? Well, discipline is gained through wellbeing/contentment/peace of mind. When you don’t seek newer, faster ways and means, you automatically become disciplined. Wellbeing lets you remain content with your current method, way of life. It makes you more consistent as a result. This one trait (consistency) if mastered can make anybody achieve anything in the world.

How many of us (Indians) are aware of the Covid situation in African countries? Not many, I guess. Atleast I’m not much aware. Well, to be honest, for many Africans, the primary fight is against hunger and thirst. And, that is almost never ending. For many in our country, it is the same. Point being, our problems and solutions depend on our plane of existence.Most of us are on LINKEDIN, building our Social Media presence because we don’t have to worry about food and water. If we are worrying about Covid now, part of it is because we are not worrying about eating and drinking day in day out. There is always something to be grateful for. It’s a matter of perspective. Find that one thing to be grateful for to start your day with.

Fear is the one thing which determines what we experience. Everything that you are going through can be attributed to fear. In case of any adversity, first thing that we attract is fear. That amplifies the adversity even more. It makes you breathe irregularly. Irregular breath reduces the flow of oxygen in your body. You all can guess where I am going with this. Do not fear, we’ve come only to go one day. That’s the only reality. Accept it. Mind you, acceptance is what I’m mentioning here, not defeatism. Once accepted, practise stillness. It gives you a chance to restructure your mind. From fear of death you restructure it to acceptance of death. And, you naturally fight back, fight back harder than ever before, your fear, your inhibition, with a still mind.
