The level of your concentration determines the degree of thoughts you come up with.
If you get up in the morning and think of the day ahead then you are just thinking of the work that you are going to do. That is like being a machine.
But, then if you get up and sit quietly to concentrate your mind, you will realise that everything that you’re thinking of doing is a part of your journey towards your higher self. It’s all connected and related in a way which is difficult to put in words but definitely possible to realise.
That’s the realisation of being….Well, perhaps!

There is a minute difference between stillness and inactivity. Inactivity is depicted out of inertia which is not positive.
Whereas, stillness is beyond normal perception of life which mainly comprises of activities, Rajas if you may call it.
Only by stillness can you understand the limitless opportunity that surrounds you.
But, then the funny thing is if you run behind one such opportunity you lose sight of all or most of the others as that attachment blindfolds you from viewing limitlessness. The paradox of life you say.
3)?
Be mindful of the first reaction of yours while facing a situation.
It is quite often the voice of the heart.
Stick to it if you hear it even though it might seem to be the tougher option to you. Longterm it will definitely serve you well.
Om Shanti….?
