Combo-Embrace Struggle & Let thought flow!

1)?

Can we have the same food again and again without getting bored of it? I’m sure we cannot. A few days after having the same food, even the sight of it will make us hate it.

Well, now apply the same logic to life. Will we enjoy life without the struggles? No way. The struggles are what is actually making life interesting. They’re giving value to our success.

So if you’re struggling, be grateful. Be grateful because that means that you’re actually in the thick of action. And that is much better than being bored of action.

Embrace it. Live with it because struggling is life happening to you. Know that only when the body struggles for oxygen it gives you a signal to take the next breath and not before that.

So people, struggle for awareness. Struggle with a smile.

2)?

‘ Control your thoughts.’

This is probably the most common statement one hears when we talk about inner wellbeing.

But then we also hear, ‘ thought is what created this universe.’ How confusing! How do we control something like that?

Well, thought is always at a vibrational level. Even our heartbeat is generated out of our thought process in a way. We cannot control it.

Our brain is basically a combination of millions of thoughts of various time frames.
Trying to force ourself to not think does not control thoughts. That application of force itself is a form of thought.

So, the trick is to keep observing it. Various thoughts will come and go. Observing them without trying to interfere the flow will slowly reduce the intensity of it. This slowing down makes the mind more concentrated, calm and in effect steadies your thoughts. This happens gradually though. Patience is required.

To put it this way, we cannot control a storm. We have to brace ourselves and let it pass before things get back to normal again. Same goes with our thoughts.

Om Shanti….?
