Two powerful hacks of life to remember!

1)?

In today’s world the ability to not react to outside information is an underrated yet very important trait.

We must remember that there are many ways to succeed in life. One can be in a profession similar to another but the path they choose to succeed can be quite different. Also, the path one of them chooses may not be suitable for the other one and vice versa.

Too many people lose their way nowadays due to continuous bombarding of information from everywhere. They fail not because they don’t have the ability to succeed but get deviated from their path out of confusion.

The solution to this problem is meditation. Meditation gives us a kind of clarity of vision, thoughts like nothing else. It gives us an ability to shut out or atleast filter information as per our need. This ability in turn keeps that inner voice or gut feeling within us afloat. That voice generally guides us to our own unique path.

So, we must develop and endlessly work on the ability to control the kind of information we want to feed our mind with.

2)?

We often over complicate things by adding more things in our lives. Be it in some materialistic gains or otherwise.

The need for more compounds our problems as well. Let me give an example to this.
Imagine a bucket half filled with water. But unfortunately that buckets has two small leaks.

So what do we need to do for that?

We need to fix it first right? Quite often in life when we face such situations, we try to pour more water and keep the bucket filled in fear of running out of water instead of fixing the leaks to save as much existing water as possible.

This filling of the bucket eventually puts more pressure on the leaks and makes them bigger or creates more leaks till it just breaks.

So, trying to add more things without solving the existing problems is not the right way of doing things in my opinion.

Om Shanti….?
