Yoga.. It’s help in our existence!

Can we really call an accumulation of cells having individual consciousness as myself or I? Even our thoughts are an accumulation of vibes in which each particle has it’s own consciousness.

So what exactly is ours then? What are we then? Rather the question should be what am I? Well, in true sense, an accumulation of cells that have taken a particular form. That form has been changing and chopping itself with time. At the same time that chopping and changing is in a systematic way and not random.

I’ll give an example here, imagine a stone, it’s been lying on a ground for a long time, say years. Suddenly one day you come and pick that stone up. What would you see? You’d see an impression of the stone on that particular patch of the ground. Same it is with the cells. Being accumulated in a particular form leaves an impression on the consciousness which makes us think that we’re of a particular shape and form.

So now that the finer meaning of a body is put forward, the next question that arises is, what exactly is you or yours? This makes the mind very confused as the entire existence is being challenged here. Well, the answer to that is, you’re whatever you think you are. If you think you are vibes, you’re vibes. If you think you’re human, you’re human. If you don’t think anything then you’re Limitless. You become the very Source from which thoughts originate. So basically, your thoughts are you.

The moment we start thinking about these finer things, we start becoming a little less fearful, a little less clingy. We start letting our inhibitions go slowly. Or atleast try to. Life becomes a little less stressful.

And all this is only possible with the great science of wellbeing called yoga. The physical part of yoga remember, is the preparation of your body for the higher part which is mental.

This great science needs to be taught on a mass scale, it has to be a way of being for us. Then maybe we can hope for a little less misery, pain in this world.

Om Shanti….?
