The Idea that is ‘Guru’….

What is a Guru? Who can be a Guru?

The answer to that is, just about anybody or anything. By saying this I don’t mean that the great Incarnations, Prophets, sages and monks be termed as ‘just about anybody.’ But what I really mean is, anything, anybody or rather any experience which makes you emerge as a better person can be termed as your Guru.

Personally, I would say, the Self is my biggest Guru.?? As a matter of fact it is almost everybody’s. Isn’t it?

Even if I say, that a particular person is my Guru, that very realisation has to be from the Self.

Guru Brahma, Guru Vishnu, GuruDevon Maheshwara…..
Guru Saakshaat ParaBrahma Tasmai Sri Gurave Namah…..
Aum Shanti, Shanti, Shanti….??

?This great mantra paying absolute respect to the Tridev can be interpreted in many ways.

But at a conscious level, we can realise that the Gurus that are being paid tribute to are really all within and not anywhere else.

Let me finish it with a name/example of a warrior who became/could’ve become The Greatest even without a figurative Guru.

Eklavya.

Om Shanti….??
