The #Presence is something that cannot be expressed. Any attempt of that can only be a rough work of sorts. But that being said, the entire universe is trying to do just that in every moment of time.And that is exactly why everything appears illusory at best.

The only way to not feel burdened by life and its constant events is to have a deeper awareness than the plane of consciousness we exist in. For example, most of the problems during our childhood would seem solvable once we reach middle age. And that is because of the deeper awareness we attain with age or time. With mediation, the process hastens to the point we attain complete awareness irrespective of the body’s biological age or the mind’s relation with time.

Food for thought : 🤔A dying star creates a blackhole which can bend spacetime and thus alter reality. This is happening at a scale so huge and so far away that it is possible for us to say, perhaps theoretically gauge that phenomenon without being impacted physically. Now, isn’t the phenomenon of death and birth of a human being doing the same thing on a smaller scale as in it is altering reality of an individual consciousness?
