Solitude, thought wave, life like a sky!

Seek solitude. Feel the presence. Tell yourself that you have everything you need. Think about what you can give, your contribution. The thought of what you will receive in return will come for sure. Then tell yourself that whatever you give will return to you. Take care of yourself, as in the body and mind closest to You. And, then take care of other bodies as well, all sorts of them. Finally, know when to let go as today’s enjoyment can be tomorrow’s burden.

If you are tired and annoyed of the rapidity and randomness of the thoughts coming out of your mind, looks at it from the other way round.Think about the variety and volume of creation happening in that tiny place. Be amazed of the power of that thing. And, imagine if you can harness that power to its full potential.?

Situations in life are like clouds in the sky. They come n go, some dark, some absolutely white fluffy cotton like. We should not try to make sense of their arrival. We should not objectify them. ‘ Oh, this happened and now I can do this.’ ‘Oh, that happened and now that will also happen to me.’ This is objectifying the situations. They arise with causes and effects of a billion other situations at one time. Even a miniscule movement of a particle somewhere in the universe can cause a situation to arise in our lives. It’s not even possible to perceive all those reasons. So, be absolutely comfortable with this game of musical chair of situations in our life. Good one arrives, be humble thinking ‘this will pass soon’. Bad one arrives, be gracious thinking ‘this too shall pass’. This practise will help you maintain your wellbeing.

Om Shanti….?
