Combo- Progress or Regress & Learn to Unlearn!

There is no progress or regress. It is your mind that projects all such thing. You get entrapped into believing that narrative.

Just as you believe that a particular person or a moment in life is great or not great for me. Well, all that belief is also You in subtle form. 

So, whenever we feel happy, feel happy just for You, whenever you feel grateful feel that just for You, whenever you are angry, realise that it is just You. 

This practise will grow a deep sense of accountability in you. It will grow contentment as well. That is very important in this physical world of progress and regress. 

2)?

We are always consciously or unconsciously unlearning. To unlearn consciously is what we should be striving for most of the time.

Unlearning gives you an opportunity to learn new things for good or bad.

Nowadays, as technology literally gives you info about everything with a single click, it is even more important to understand how to unlearn.

Either you unlearn the old thing to learn the newer one or you unlearn the newer thing to stick to the old one. This continuous process is determining your progress.

As your thoughts are shaped by your ability to perceive things in your own way, this trick to unlearn is the key to everlasting wellbeing.

P.S. – In the end you come to the conclusion that true wellbeing means to unlearn everything as you realise that you need absolutely nothing at all.
