Oftentimes we start listening to others and reading stuff in the hope of learning something new.
But, in reality we often feel let down by what we’ve learnt from it. It feels like a waste of time.
So, why does this happen?
Well, disappointment comes only when we set our ideas on learning what we want to learn rather than what is being taught. We tend to conclude that listening to others or reading a particular thing will help us even before we start the process.
So, to listen, read or to absorb with an open mind is the key to learn new things or maybe not. But, an open mind will definitely give power to decide whether what we learn is actually applicable to us or not.

‘Everyone’s life is full of stories and lessons all along.’
I go on reading the contents as much as I can on
LinkedIn. Some of the contents are real life incidents. Some of them have a message. Some contain videos, some photos. There’s so much variety.
The thing that fascinates me is the intelligence factor behind the contents. This one Intelligence is projected out through so many different outlets in so many different ways.
‘Each one to his or her own’ is right just about as much as ‘together for each other’. People want to stand out amidst the crowd and then some also realise that without the crowd you can’t stand out. This variety is just mesmerizing to observe.
Sometimes, I simply read on to feel blissful amidst this vast ocean (contents) consisting of tiny droplets (individual contents/perspective).
This is life itself.
Om Shanti….?
