Accept Fear!

Fear is the one root cause of all chaos that you see around the world.

Be it fear of God. Fear of failing. Fear of missing out. Fear of death and many more.

The moment we start meditating is the moment we start becoming aware of fear. And, as this journey of awareness continues, we tend to be at ease with this energy.  

Now, what exactly is fear? We can’t call it an emotion, we can’t call it a feeling either. 
Well, to me fear is an energy. The energy that was there since the beginning. Fear was there along with the other energy called faith, love, bravery or whatever you want to call it. 

A life is a constant fight between fear and faith. Don’t think meditation will eradicate fear and bring only faith to you.

No! There can’t be one without the other.

But, meditation will make you aware of the roles that these two forces play in this whirlpool of energy called the universe.

Meditation will let you accept this constant fight with absolute harmony.
