Your Wellbeing Help! ?

Love the work you do. Sounds just another cliché.

But if we’re truly doing that then that’s not work. That’s being. Everyday becomes thrilling then. There’s no holiday for you then. You won’t want to take one I mean.

It’ll challenge you everyday, put you in an uncomfortable position every now and then. It’ll frustrate you and give you moments of excitement at the same time.

That’s our task. To find that one thing. I know it’s tough with today’s societal pressure and all those usual blah blah blahs.

But, even then, we can keep looking for what we want. Be a bit more inquisitive. Like a toddler, asking questions and constantly being onto something. That ‘love’ will find you then. And, if it does, try and spend sometime with it.

So, let’s get up in the morning and ask ourselves, ‘have I found it’ ?

Survival instincts.

While it maybe true that it works as the catalyst to you fighting a bit harder, striving a bit more and so on, sometimes it works the other way as well.

My father always insists on me having a job. Be steady with it and so on. That’s a great way for stability in life. According to your survival instinct it reduces the risk factors of your life and gives you a sense of settlement.

But, here’s the thing, imagine if our ancestors, the primates behaved this way. If they went for safety, stability before the insatiable thirst of striving for more, would we have become what we have today without that? No way boss.

So, this survival instinct is actually limiting us then. It is limiting us if we cling on it. But if we utilise it the other way, say make it a springboard to go that extra mile like Bruce Wayne did when he made that ‘climb without the rope’ “then” we see miracles happening.

‘AND THEN YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION TO DIE’…..sorry ?! the dialogues ? keep running in mind. That “then” triggered it. ?

Om Shanti….?
