What is contradiction?
Contradiction is we asking if God or Self is perfect and if he’s both the physical world and the metaphysical world then how come there’s so much up-down, plus-minus, perfection-imperfection around the world. How can a simple Perfect Being degenerate Itself into the dimension of such difference and compound?
Now, this question looks legit upto a certain degree. A degree where you are in this realm of time, space and causation. Let me elaborate a bit about time, space and causation.
Everything that we see and can think of is in this realm of time, space and causation. Everything in this realm is a compound. Now what is a compound? A compound is a thing which is being formed with the help of the three aforementioned things. Let’s take an example of a tree. The cause of the tree is the seed plus time and ofcourse space. Now by space I mean in physics’ term, a mass occupying space. That means a mass invariably occupies space. Now, we can also say that the effect of the seed is the tree plus time and space. Let’s take a metaphysical example now. Say a dream of yours, it is the cause of your desire with time and we all know that thoughts, dreams have vibrations as well. That means it also is a mass. And since it is a mass, it must be occupying space. This cause-effect cycle, time and space are mixing-unmixing continuously to form different things every moment.
Now coming back to contradiction, we can gauge imperfection only with the help of perfection. Again, let me elaborate a bit here. Say a mountain, you can understand a mountain with the help of a plain land in the background. Even if you can’t see the plain land, in your mind a form of a plain land appears subconsciously. So we can say that the cause of your understanding of the mountain is the plain land that is in your subconscious mind.
Now, apply this logic to perfection-imperfection. We can understand imperfection with the help of perfection then. But then it absolutely makes no sense. This means that perfection is the cause of imperfection. How can that be? That is self contradictory itself.
So, this means that this logic of perfection-imperfection or difference only applies in the realm of the compounding, the realm of time, space and causation in which all of us exist as bodies, lives, thoughts and mortals.
God or the Self is both perfect-imperfect or beyond as it is absurd for perfection to become the cause of imperfection. So you can say that the cause and effect of perfection can only be perfection. Therefore you can also say that imperfection is apparent and everything only appears to be imperfect when it is gauged through this compounding realm of time, space and causation.
