People going through financial constraints, loneliness or whatever the reason maybe to feel overwhelmed, suffocated with emotions, find a way to get it out. Release it. I know many people might be going through it now. I’m one of them. And believe me, the numbers might increase as the days go by.
Just one piece of advice for them. Meditate. Once the mind calms down it automatically shows you the way. From my personal experience I can tell you that anxiety will come, that overwhelming feeling might come but meditation will help you find a way to release it. It can give that thing to pin your hopes on for you to feel released of your emotional outpouring.
The way might be anything but to put it in a filthy way, it’ll feel like the same way you feel after releasing the extreme pressure sometimes your excretions create.
Don’t sit on that feeling remember, if you do then as Einstein said, ‘The eighth wonder of the world is compounding,’ it’ll compound. It’ll compound to such an extent that will be difficult for you to handle. And that won’t be wonderful at all.
People, it’s all about finding that ray of hope. Trust me, meditation can give you that. We have a 6000 year old tool/medicine for the wellbeing of mankind right in front of us. This, to my 33 years of mortal experience needs to be utilised more than ever. Meditation is like a giant wormhole which can absorb all your mental tsunamis at one go. Try it. You’ll be helped.
